This is wrong on so many levels. And all those involved should be ashamed of themselves for doing this and forcing a mother and child to live like this and for forcing something that is not medically needed and be forced upon this family, young mother or not.

This is unacceptable and to refuse the mothers wishes is overstepping the boundaries of our government and state systems. No matter her age or how that child was concieved the mother has every right to take care of her child in a loving and safe manner. Keeping him with his entire penis is one of the best things she can do for her son

As a previous foster parent I know that a cosmetic surgical procedure can't take place without parental consent nor do I think tax payer money should cover it. This is a major case of stupidity on DHR's part.

How DARE you take this child and schedule ELECTIVE TRAUMATIC SURGERY against the MOTHER'S wishes without a court order. You do not have the RIGHT to make this decision for this child that will permanently change who he is as a human being. Stop this madness NOW!!!
