re a meeting with rother district council today 22 jan 2013 they are looking to knock down bmx jumps that have been there since the late 1970's there has never been any trouble at the site in 30 years of it beeing there we litter pick have kept pathways clear for people to get about the woods. other bmx com have had this trouble and there local councils have help them.there are trees that thay want to cut down for machines to go in and knockdown and flatten the area.the bmx jumps are a spot for all the local kids & aduilts even people from the usa & euro have made the trip to come ride the bmx jumps it is all been built buy shovels & spades a lot off hours day and years have gone it to it .i myself make sure of there are no problems keeping locals happy and making sure local dog walkers can be happy and i've never had a complaint.and as i have said in the 30 years of it being there no complaints
Surely there's other land to develop on??
This is costing the council 0 and keeping kids entertained/outdoors/healthy.

Have rode bmx and built bmx jumps since a kid keep up the good work God see's our goodness in keeping this planet clean keep bmx alive. I live in California and we'll bmx jumps are everywhere but it seems like it's been less and less these days..

Ridiculous decision. Leave the jumps alone! The local kids need somewhere to actually go instead of just sitting at home playing xbox all day.

My kids grew up riding here. It is such a shame the council wants to ruin something that does absolutely no harm to anyone.

This makes me so mad. Why tear down something the community built by hand for free? Typical council not having a clue.
