This beautiful natural green space is a treasure to our county. One of the few places that is accessible to all humans and animals. The serenity of the place adds to the value of our county and makes you feel so proud of having a place where you can enjoy nature. Save Blake park so we can continue to enjoy the nature of our county.

We need this open space to stay open! Traffic on Blake lane is already too busy with Oakton High, this will add more congestion. I think the wisest and best resource for children is not another school but leave these open fields to run, play, fly kites and be a kid!

My husband and I are moving to the area and we’re excited to see a park just walking distance from our house! Please don’t take this from us!

The additional traffic would be just intolerable! We don't need this.

Green spaces like Blake Lane Park are vital to the health and well-being of a community: for people to come unwind, play, and improve their well-being among the trees; for dogs to have a place to run; and for wildlife that call the park home, especially with the rest of their habitat already destroyed. With the ever increasing construction in our area, having one green space is so important, now more than ever. There are other options for the elementary school, but there aren't for parks. Once they're gone, they're gone. Please, save Blake Lane Park.

I can hardly get out of my neighborhood onto Blake in the mornings due to Oakton High School traffic. We don't need to make it completely impossible by adding another school.

Additional options should be implemented to expand existing schools (similar to the construction at Oakton High School) rather than taking away this precious Green space. Also, the county's projected number of students over the next five years is expected to drop which invalidates the reason for repurposing this property.

Please stop this atrocity!! Existing schools should expand to accommodate any influx of students.

There is too much building in the area. Plus, the area needs its parks.
