My grandson has been playing on this field for four years now and I really enjoy going to every single game. He's a good kid and doesn't deserve to be punished for playing baseball just because of one person that doesn't like kids. That person seems to have forgotten that they're playing baseball, not smoking crack behind his house.

We have 2 sons that play for the Knights and can’t imagine anyone taking away such an important past time from these kids. Let them be kids! Let them learn sportsmanship and discipline all while making new friends!

My son played at this field and played for the Knights you would only be shutting kids "DREAMS" down if you close this field when all they are trying to do is give these kids a future!

My son has played on this field. The Howell family has provided this community with a valuable asset at their own cost and asked for nothing in return other than to use their private property to allow kids to play baseball. Can’t get any more American than that. The fact that this is even a discussion is absurd. This is the reason you buy land in the country!! So you can do what you want with it. If the neighbor doesn’t it like it because the joyful sound of kids playing baseball is too much for then he needs to move.

Our city is blessed that this family has built this Field of Dreams in VB! It is beautiful and we love watching our nephew play there! Let the kids play, it's on their private property and is maintained superbly.

My children and grandchildren love baseball and have played on this field. Please let the children of this community continue to enjoy their favorite game and have the opportunity to get out of the house, get off the computer, and just play ball.
