I used this facility once in the two years we have been living here and it was an emergency. I was truly grateful for its professional staff and excellent service.

Vital BWIC stays open. 3 weeks to see a GP & 10 days for a GP phonecall. Valuable & important service!!

I think the walk in centre is an important part of the community. Often surgeries don't have any appointments so it's a place to go and been seen to get medical help. Emergency department will become over run if Bitterne walk in centre closes.

Bitterne NHS Walk- in Centre is a vital and much valuable service to several hundred residents on the East side of Southampton, the West side of Southampton is served locally by the Royal South Hants Hospital Walk-in Centre, which takes the pressure off of the A&E dept at Southampton NHS Trust Hospital, surely all residents on the East side of Southampton have as much right to a local Walk-in Centre just as the residents on the West side of Southampton have, so keeping Bitterne NHS Walk -in Centre open is the right decision and will not only help the residents on the East side of Southampton, but also the A&E Dept,

The great thing about bitterns walk in centre is it is local and accessible for for people of all ages please keep it open we all need it

People really need this facillity not only doesbit give peace of mind if anything happens to loved ones it is local and close doctors are closed i dont think its benificail for evdrything to be over the other side of the city we need more not less

The walk in centre has been a saviour with 2 children - especially when it is so hard to get an appointment with our GP. I can't believe they are considering closing it AGAIN.
