The town needs a post office but the service is terrible, get a bigger premise and some decent management

Beverley has lost several sub post offices already, we need to retain our Register Square Post Office.

Absolutely shocking. How are the elderly going to manage. They may not have access to computers. We need postal services that fit the community

Beverley needs an efficient fully operational purpose built post office for an expanding town especially for business use as well as private individual use.

The town is increasing in size and population, this is the only dedicated post office and is always busy. We need both the space and the experienced staff.

Beverley keeps getting bigger and needs to have a proper post office. It's always busy and should stay where it is.

Whenever I use Beverley's post office it is always full of people. It is an asset to the town and would be a great shame to lose it. Escpecially knowing how many people rely on its services.

Don't relocate the post office leave it where it is and stop changing things that are not necessary! WHSmith is not big enough everybody can see this we are not stupid.

I'm glad we are getting the chance to have a say regarding the relocation of the Beverley main post office to WHSmith store in Beverley, the current location of the Post Office is fine where it is the post office has spent a lot of money refurbishing so why move, this just seems a waste of money and not practical. WH Smiths has not thought this through properly and the store they want the post office relocate to is not big enough to cope with all the extra customers that the post office brings in on a daily basis not to mention all the post and parcels they received and especially at Christmas. If I'm not mistaken there is about 6 tills in the current post office how many are there thinking of having at WHSmith one, maybe two at the most,. I don't know what numpty has decided this but they need to rethink before they start losing customers. At the moment there is a room you can go into in the post office to discuss your finances like insurance and other things in private where are they going to put this room in the WHSmith store, if you have to do everything at the counter I don't want all the world knowing my business, last but not least if the post office does get relocated to WHSmith the Royal Mail van will have to park outside the front of the shop which is a pedestrianised area instead of parking in register Square like they do now.
