I oppose development of Benoni Country Club. The sale of this property to developers can only mean one thing that backhanders will passed around. It is a heritage site. I cannot imagine, after being a member since 1969, not being able to visit my home club.
P.S. What are they going to do about the graveyard which is on the property along Van Rooyen Rd?

The air quality in Benoni is dreadfully poor due to the mine dumps and the airport. we cannot afford to loose one of the town's green lungs!
