We need green spaces and this club is part of Benoni's History. It should not be developed by greedy corporates. It must remain a place for Families to enjoy nature

Preserve some green space for all to enjoy.
The BCC is an affordable club for the residents of Benoni and surrounds. I object to the sale of the land as the only winners here are the developers who sometimes only think of how much money they are gong to make.

This club has been a place I grew up, a place I have worked and a home away from home. Beautiful scenery, stunning wildlife and peace and quiet in what would be a busy suburb.

The development of the club would be a BIG mistake, and would be regretted post development.

A haven for birds and wild life in the middle of suburbia. Unique and very valuable for man and beast alike.

I am 100% against the sale /development of BCC. It's a golf course that many people come to visit, not just for the golf. There are many activities to do there. It will be a huge disappointment if this spectacular course is taken away from us. There are many animals there that will be affected as well. I'm standing up and saying " Hell No to the sale/development of BCC "

PLEASE STOP YOUR DESTRUCTION OF THIS MONUMENTAL VICTORIAN SITE it is a heritage building -this is iniquitous this golf course has given such pleasure to so many loyal and faithful people This is happening all too often now -
people over the decades have enjoyed the pleasure of this awesome golf-course- no wonder people are all so stressed & ailing- all the recreational facilities are being removed one by one by one
please consider these people who have supported this course over the years WENDY MACHANIK

I suppose the building by-laws that were broken at Ebotse were also "broken telephone" or "sensational" ?
It's very easy to propose one thing and force your hand in another direction...it seems.
BCC is not made up of buildings, it's the whole package, the stunning course with it's woodlands and open spaces, It's understandable why greedy developers would want to snap it up, there's the bunny park that's been run into the ground and all the animals are being starved to death by absolute and total incompetence, why don't the developers throw their weight behind rehabilitating that and building there instead?
The members and community don't need the developers to help with upgrading BCC, they seem to be doing a pretty fantastic job all on their own, you clearly weren't at the AGM...or perhaps you were???

Not to become land for cheap housing development
