Please respect animals and birds that are at home in the Country Club. It will also put more traffic on the approach Roads, and also put more pressure on the fresh water situation and Electricity consumption. We the people residents and rate payers say no to this development.

There is absolutely no good reason for this proposed development other than bribery and greed. The infrastructure cannot handle it and it would destroy a wildlife area purely to create profits from unwanted development

This amounts to nothing more than vandalism on the part of the person/s trying to sell parts of this land off for monetary gain which will no doubt only benefit the people trying to get away with this as it definitely will not benefit the community!!
You can't sell Benoni's heritage.
