Parks are funded by the taxpayer for all to enjoy - not private playgrounds for the rich. This is a gross act which defiles the spirit of parks-as-public-spaces. As a symbol of the inequalities of our city look no further. As a newly local resident I feel angry and saddened that the council should show such lack of principle. Break the clause.

I wish you luck. I live a long way away but it's a dangerous precedent that urban open spaces which are so essential for people's health and well being as well as willife can be destroyed for short term gain.

All those people that were all in faviour of this racing are now fully against it now that they have seen all the devistation it has caused.. All anyone wants is to take a walk with their dog in the sunshine or rain in a beautiful park which has now been absolultely destroyed & it will take years to return it to it's former glory..

I object to Formula E happening at these peak times of enjoying the park. it is very disruptive and noisy!!

Our wonderful park has been stolen for three weeks of summer! Who in their right mind could think it was a sensible idea to build a ring of concrete and steel around the park?

I moved to Prince of Wales Drive from America to be part of the Battersea community and its beautiful park. I have heard bang-clang and the back-up alarm of tar trucks since March.

I have been walking in this park since 1956 and NEVER have I felt such lack of democratic decision-making. Why not ask the richest 250, 000 for an extra £1 if that is the main attraction for the council ?
