We managed to get the council to REJECT demolition of the small victorian james pendleton estate agent through lodging complaints on the council website - let's get a final push together to execute the break clause for Formula E too! https://planning.wandsworth.gov.uk/WAM/doc/Decision%20Notice-3750770.pdf?extension=.pdf&id=3750770&location=volume9&contentType=application/pdf&pageCount=1

Please WRITE/EMAIL the council with your objections and tell your friends to sign up and write. So many people are still unaware that this event is scheduled to take place for the next four years unless the break clause can be invoked. The council meeting to decide this is to take place on 24th November.

A totally unsuitable environment. Disgraceful lack of thorough consultation and misuse of expert opinion

I wholeheartedly agree that this event was a massive disruption over the summer. Children were unable to enjoy the park as many sections were cordoned off for weeks, and the park closed for several days. Given the beauty of the park, the efforts to preserve both the plants and the wildlife, I see no justification for this type of event in this setting. I'm sure there are other very appropriate areas for such events to take place, which are neither cultural, nor people-friendly.

There is plenty of cars tearing around our roads without bringing them into the calm of our beautiful park which was designed to give us respite from our hectic city not to line the pockets of this greedy and ineffectual council .

i am totally opposed to the event ever taking place in Battersea Park. The events lead up makes it difficult for park users to navigate the park due to heavy machinery digging up tarmac, metal fencing restricting access to public area & workmen using drills etc.The wildlife suffers from thhe noise & influx of people.I visit the park to escape the noise & stresss of living in an urban area withh excessive trrafffic probblem.....a quiet haven such as Battersea park is no place to hold this event(EVER)
