We need to preserve our wildlife not destroy it , also the roads are too narrow which would result in congestion and accidents. Do not destroy greenbelt land.

This is a disgraceful proposal and really needs to be considered. Manchester is an industrial city. Why destroy what little countryside it has left. For biodiversity to be successful, more trees need to be built, building concrete buildings is stoping this and preventing us the residents of Manchester poorer air quality. Be rational you fools. There are many other areas on brown built that can be built on leave bardsley green belt alone

I have lived on Simkin Way for 18 years and I have seen the traffic increase to some degree There have been a few near miss with cars which is quite scare at times to watch with This estate is full of young child and there familes so with all this in mind could you imagine this being the main road to the new houses you plan to build WHAT A LUDICROUS IDEA !!!!

Traffic and parking is already very difficult on Sikkim Way more properties will add to the problem. The loss of valuable green belt to the area just to meet Oldhams obligations is totally unacceptable.

Please no building on our beautiful green belt the wildlife and only area where I can walk through woodlands

I live on Hodson Fold just off simkin way.. I bought my house for several reasons... firstly because of the surrounding green belt... the views I have from my house were the selling point... we use our green belt several times a week while walking... I also bought my house here because bardsley is mainly a private area... I do not want to live in a social housing area! Not only are the council planing on taking away the primary reasons for me buying my house but by building these social houses and taking away the green belt, the council are going to reduce the value of my house! Who is going to compensate me for that?

We moved here to embrace the green belt area and not to watch it be destroyed ! Who is going to provide us with the money to supplement the descrese in the value of our home ?

60% increase in building of houses in bardsley on green belt land is totally unacceptable. Coal Pit Lane already is a dangerous junction and will be more so. Residents have rights to have a little space around them. it is the people who suffer the 60% increase in traffic, schools, doctors surgeries. You try to get an appointment at a doctors youll be lucky it is going to be even more diffifult. we have problems with drugs and to use up precious greenbelt is nothing short of vandalism I wonder how many of the Council members live in Bardsley. BUILD ON BROWN FIELD SITES NOT ON GREEN BELT LAND.

89 properties on simkin way now how will we cope with double that amount and don't forget double the property quadruple the traffic it will be a night mare

Build on brown field plenty of it before destroying our green belt land.
