Invasion of privacy. People bought houses on the estate because of the privacy and seclusion. Roads not sufficient on Simkin Way for that potential volume of traffic

I live on Bardsley vale avenue and feel very strongly about the suggestion of houses on near by land We have wonderful birds and wild life visiting daily and all this will stop.my daughter lives at park bridge and the cut through is already dangerous trying to get a baby out of the car is a marathon task now due to number of cars will only get worse.
