Sounds like a bad idea.

I grew up in this neighborhood, attend the schools on Ridgeway. It would break my heart to see the land turned into a car lot or storage place.

I frequently drive that way and am dismayed that someone would want to totally destroy the area like this! A neighborhood grocery store would enhance the area!

Asking that this request be denied as the proposed land use is not in character with the neighborhood.

A storage facility would destroy the market values of our homes! There are several in the adjacent vicinity that are not near lively homes!!

I am against this zoning proposal and anything rental in nature other than retail, such as grocery.

I respectfully ask you to deny the proposed zoning variances to permit any self-storage or auto leasing facilities on this property in Balmoral. Those uses are completely out of character for this neighborhood. Thank you.

We dont need another car lot or storage unit so close to our neighborhood and our schools! We dont want Quince to become a duplicate of Mt Moriah.

Thanks for online petition. Keswick-Sulgrave does NOT want a storage facility. Already have one that is only half full right now. Car leasing does absolutely nothing to benefit this neighborhood.

This would not be a good fit for our neighborhood.

I am totally opposed to the proposed development of the Quince Ridgeway property into something other than a Food Grocery store

Please keep this area as a community, City plans have ruined Mt Moriah. Drive down it and look for yourself or will you see what everyone else does? Is this what you want for Ridgeway? Put in a retail business.

Zoning boards should always seek the highest and best use for land. This proposed land use is not at all appropriate.

The proposed development is an inappropriate use of this property.

Balmoral is near a school. This is unacceptable.
