This does nothing to benefit or service the neighborhood the way a grocery, light retail, and restaurants would. There is no place for this development here. It is not a fit for the community at all. Four schools, Lichterman Nature Center, YMCA with its community outreach all belong and deserve to NOT have such a devaluing intrusion. These businesses do not belong in the heart of a residential area.

My kid goes to school in that area and we run, shop and enjoy the Nature Center.

We don't need or want a self-storage or auto leasing facilities in our neighborhood!!!! There are penalty of these businesses that already exist within a few miles of our neighborhood. No need to add more!

This would absolutely destroy what has been a stable, safe residential neighborhood for 50 years. This is not the place for storage units and cars. This is NOT the place.... if approved our community will soon look like Mt. Moriah and Ridgeway. STOP before you DESTROY this Neighborhood.

DO NOT WANT THESE STORAGE UNITS IN THE MIDDLE OF A “RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD’. CRIME WOULD INCREASE AND LEAD TO FLIGHT AND DECREASED PROPERTY VALUES.
