There is already a fairly new storage facility in the area. The grocery stores at this location before were always very busy and marketing research would show I think that another grocery store at this location would do very well. The proposed project would not fit in with the surrounding businesses I feel. Lastly, something along the lines of a http://www.publix.com/ would be a nice alternative to Kroger. Thanks.

Ridgeway High has the International Baccalaureate Program, which is a big deal and a big draw for students in Shelby County. It would make more sense for Shelby County Schools to look at feasibility study of leasing more space for this program to make it more of a jewel than it already is. The focus could be on improving the options for our school children. A storage facility and/or car lot would not be the highest and best use of this property. Too many other jewels around it- YMCA, Lichterman Nature Center.

This is a family neighborhood. There are plenty of places for storage facilities in areas that are already zoned for this. NO to changing the zoninig here.

To allow this zoning variance on this high traffic/ highly desirable location would be a travesty for the neighborhoods
