This is just plain wrong. This will increase crime and decrease the property values of homes in this area. Property values have started increasing. Why destroy. This would never happen to those who live in High Point.

We have enough crime in this neighborhood. We don’t need to offer opportunities for more. As a homeowner in this neighborhood I am against this proposal!

NOOOO.do not allow this to be built in our neighborhood. Sea Isle/Balmoral is a beautiful, quiet place to live. This will destroy our neighborhood!!! What on earth can you be thinking?? So many people will move away before the value of our homes go down drastically

I’ve lived in this area for 33 years and do not want a car rental place or a storage facility in my neighborhood. We already have 2 auto dealerships that we didn’t want

There is no need for a new storage facility. One was just built near the Kirby Kroger.
My husband and I are not supportive of the current proposals for the development of the Balmoral Shopping Center.
We already have storage off of Kirby Parkway behind the Kroger store
Please don't turn the shopping center into a storage facility! It will make the surrounding area go down in value.
