This is coming into an area where many live. Once you break barrriers for one person, you then have to expect others to follow. These will ruin a beautiful area of our town.

It was/is retail area. It needs to remain a retail area. Retail meaning shops and merchandise outlets.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED for this VARIANCE !!!! There is plenty of space and opportunity on MT Moriah for these types of businesses. We have a need for a Neighborhood Grocery etc BUT NOT car leasing, storage etc. Look at the empty space on Mt Moriah and you can see what it would do to our neighborhood

I am not opposed to any private business, however, what is proposed and in the proposed location, I feel, is not appropriate and will negatively impact the surrounding community.

I red on Breitbart and Fox News that terrists and BLM are oprating out of storage facilities. I here that they cook math and do other crimes too there. Bad for neighberhood

Concrete walls of a storage facility are a magnetic for graffiti. High school students next door would love this type of building. In addition the two story office BEHIND the fire station will have a large neon sign blaring 24-7. They will have flags and signs out along Ridgeway and Quince. Is that what you want to look at every time you pass thru the intersection? Not want I want to see in my neighborhood.

Absent of an anchor tenant and a clear plan atheistic to this area, there is no single person within five miles of this area that would not be affected by this decision. Please do not approve it.
