My history and memories are all being lost. Malibu Raceway is being replaced by a jail. The Chevy's are closing. I can't skate at Fashion Island. The roller rink in San Mateo became Granite City. Dance sites, e.g., the YWCA, are all gone. We have lost our finest ballroom spots.
This too will be another piece of my past lost to the E world.

The Cheryl burke dance studio is one of the best dance studios in the south bay area, and important to the lives of people in the community who love dancing. Kids, adults of all professions including engineers dance at this studio. Please keep the studio open longer for the community.

Just in case things don't work out at CBD.... do you want a Community Social Dance studio? Do you want to keep dancing not only alive, but robust and growing?
If you are interested in creating a Revolution; a Crowdfunded Community Studio (this doesn't mean you have to stump up $$, there are other ways to support it), join in the Dance Revolution in the South Bay. Whoa, that would make a good name for a studio!!
