Save Ballroom Dancing in Mountain View, CA!

It' s good for the body, it's good for the soul, it's even good for business...please, keep it going!

It seems anything NOT related to technology has no chance of survival in Silicon Valley. Please don't let this great studio be another statistic that proves this point.

I am a senior continuously learning and practicing new ballroom dance steps to stop Alzheimer and get physical activity. Cheryl Burke Dance Studio is the best place for this and it is a FANTASTIC addition to the community. Please extend the lease. Sincerely Fred Saremi

Dancing helps you to live a long and healthy life. To live long you must keep moving, dance does that. To live healthy by dancing you must focus on "a complicated set of variables to coordinate" (Data, Star Trek Next Gen) with a partner to the exclusion of all the stresses and problems in your life. Please, may I have this dance?

Please extend the lease. I have been ballroom dancing for decades. I frequented the Starlight in San Jose before Cheryl Burk in Moutain View.. The quality of instruction and experience of the dance clientele is unmatched anywhere else in the Bay Area. The open venue truly makes Cheryl Burk's Dance Studio the only place to go dancing. Nothing else measures up in any category. I am really at a loss as to where else to go if Cheryl Burk Dance Closes its doors. There must be a philanthropist in the area to help keep this art form alive? Tim

I've really enjoyed the many times of been here. It's an excellent place to exercise both mind and body and to socialize with many fine dancers. I strongly urge that their lease be extended.

Linkedin, please help this dance community survive! It has been dancing strong for decades (first as Starlite, then changed to Cheryl Burke) and closing it would be a tragic loss. I've social danced there since 1988, then taught there for 16 years, and have never experienced anything else like it.

LinkedIn would benefit greatly from helping this dance enterprise to continue--it would be a gesture of corporate social responsibility that would promote all of LinkedIn's corporate values and garner the best possible publicity. I come from Texas and live in England--I dance in both places, among others, but nowhere, in the United States or in Europe, have I ever found a place like the Cheryl Burke Dance studio (formerly the Starlite Dance Club). It makes it possible for hundreds of people from all over the world to meet in a safe place and engage in an activity that not only promotes both physical and spiritual health and well-being, but also international understanding. It is a unique and desperately-needed asset not only to the local community but to the entire world of ballroom dance. Please don't lose this opportunity to benefit your own company as well as the wider community.
