The government are the biggest thieves on our streets. Stop robbing us of the little freedom we have. Stop digging up or roads and repair the ones that you have damaged.

Alternative parking arrangements for residents and short stay clients to local businesses should have been put in place prior tobthe pay and display. However this inaction is simply typical of the shortsightedness of the council just as thier failure to improve the infrastructure in the village before they permitted housing for some ten thousand new residents around the village.

the current odds and evens with restrictions is a good system badly managed...
i have witnessed the parking warden asking for guidance on what to do and supervisor gave him wrong guidance and half a dozen legally parked cars got tockets...

The proposed idea sounds good ,what we need is to stop the big trucks coming thro the Main St.The council workers who are coming to enforce the new parking restrictions will be like a plague of locusts the will be there day and night no one will be safe there are area all over the town that should be targeted first.We have nothing for the youth here in Baillieston we should be getting our house in order.

The laws are already there to deal with bad or illegally parked cars. Give the small businesses and people of Baillieston a break ! This has the feel of a money making scam.

Need some free parking time although the spaces they have marked out are a disgrace my car just fits in but have seen cars that don't which causes a domino's effect over the lines .

Parking in the Main Steeet now that the lines have been drawn is worse than ever! If you cannot stop to go into a shop you will drive on and businesses will suffer.

Absolutely unbelievable, I live in Buchanan Street, and already its a nightmare to get parked so when this is introduced the volume of traffic will only increase, I am also a small business owner in Baillieston and have premises there I feel it is unfair to all the businesses in Baillieston who work hard to survive to be hit with this. Where do they park? There must be a better solution to this

Paying for parking in this area is unprecedented and debilitating to businesses surrounding. Glasgow City Council are a disgrace - find better, less harmful income revenues!
