Save The NJ Dragstrip

I am my family and friends grew up here in atconi recently had the chance to move back with my children and was so excited to take them to the raceway to have them experience the amazing fun and History. I am so upset they may not be able to even see it open again what a shame we love our water and woods trees wildlife here our forest . We already have twobjujk yards in this town and ATCO is known for the race way please please please reconsider and carvlot auction place. Please keep our racetrack open and on the MAP.

I definitely do not want this in my neighborhood!!!

I don’t want this eye sore in the heart of our pine barrens, as well as the contaminants leaking into our ground water. Absolutely NO from our household!!!

Save the track! No environmental nightmares.

Please keep the Raceway!! It is so much a part of Atco, NJ and it would be sad not to keep it intact!!

I have lived a block away from the racetrack most of my life (since '83). The track lulled me to sleep as a kid, was a fantastic place for family events, and is a staple for revenue in Waterford Works. That will all be gone. Horrible factory-like noise, day in, day out. Contaminated drinking water. If we wanted North Jersey's city-industrial garbage, we wouldn't have opted to live in the serene & PROTECTED Pine Lands. Do NOT let this company destroy my home!

Dont let that junk into our town!

I grew up in Fox Run on Fox Ct. off Jackson Rd. I remember the state digging test wells when I was a kid. All of a sudden the water was no longer safe to drink and we had to take cool showers (so we didn’t inhale the toxic steam) and we had to get our water from a tank at the end of our street. There were a lot of people on Fox Ct. that had cancer. Some survived and some did not. I am a survivor and I have to live in fear of it coming back. Please don’t let this company move in and injure or kill more people

I am very concern about the detrimental environmental impact a car auction would have on the pine lands and it’s surrounding communities.

So many things are being taken away /canceled in the name of progress. The environmental impact can not be overstated both for animals and humans. Please don’t allow another corporation to take away an activity that promotes family and friends getting together and enjoying being outdoors. And keeping the environment safe for the wildlife.

We just moved to what we believed is our retirement home in Atco. Good water, nice people, country feeling. Many bad ramifications turning the drag strip into a salvage car storage facility!

Relatively new to drag racing since last year. But I will tell you... after my first time going. I did not miss a Tuesday test n tune after that!! I would consider this one of my favorite places to be at.

This can not be allowed to happen. The environmental impact would be extensive!! Our waters lead right to the Mullica River!!

Save the raceway!! Please

Our kids love Atco Raceway! Thank you for your efforts to keep it going for generations to come!

It's the Pine Barrens & surrounding areas that will be polluted. Flora & fauna will be harmed by being transported from their homes into areas that do not support them. FIRE HAZARDS due to closely contained junked cars. Their fluids can become and will, (the hotter the temp), spontaneously combust, burning the Pine Barrens and surrounding areas.

Please honor the original intent of the PPA of 1979 and follow the rules set forth for land usage by the Comprehensive Management Plan.

Stop this environmental catastrophe. One junk yard is enough.
