It would be detrimental to the
unique and sensitive pine barren environment to allow this to go forward. It will be nothing more than a junk yard with autos leaking toxic fluids into the ground. It would be criminal to allow this to happen.

Atco drag strip rest on environment sensitive ground.. The proposed use of severely damaged autos wold. Pose an unacceptable risk to not just this property, but to much of the surrounds. Please don’t approve this dangerous change of land use.

This sale would effectively create a junkyard but without that title it would also lack the environmental protection and cleanup requirements. This would be a huge threat to the ecological treasure that is the Pine Barrens.
