We must stop this from happening! Arts High School was and is a special school. There is no replacement for self expression through the arts and there is no need to replace it with a competing charter school! Calling all alumni to make their voices heard!

This was and indeed still is home to me. This was the one place where all of us were able to share and add to the many talents we had. Arts High gave birth to so many positive, and empowering individuals. This was our outlet to be all that we wished to be no matter the odds that were placed against us . We all, graduates and continuing students have to continue to make sure it's legacy stands strong. It's time for us to now give Arts what it once gave us, a voice and a dream.

I am a product of Arts High Scool and because of it I was able to receive Music Scholarships all four years in my undergrad career. With the foundation from Arts High School I will be attending Graduate School on a full scholarship and a paid Graduate Assistantship! We must keep Arts High School open, it's love and its foundation are producing amazing leaders and artist of tomorrow!

I'm a vocal major alum of the Class of 2010 and this school literally was my second home. Even after graduating, Arts High has opened its doors and allowed me to continue to share my passion for the arts with the children along with providing opportunities that have helped me get to where I am now as a business owner. If it weren't for the staff at Arts High, I wouldn't find a better support to guide to me gain more gifts from life itself. Eliminating this school would eliminate a resource for the children who love and appreciate the arts and for the alumni who appreciate the unchanged love that came from the family here. Save our school!
