I graduated from Arts High in 1997, I grew up down the street in the projects. All my friends went to Central they all are or have been to prison. The point I'm making is Arts High opened my mind up to the world to see things differently. Creative people need a place to hone their talents. #SaveArtsHigh

Arts high is more than a high school. It's a Newark legend. This is more political nonsense from am outsider, slowly decimating our community. Anyone with any common sense of Newark' cultural and arts education would know not to mess with Arts High.

I only attended this school for 2 years and it was the best experience I had ever had . I miss walking into those halls listening to all the kinds of music and talented students engaging with each other threw instruments ,singing , dancing it was my scape from everything . Truly a memorable school years !

SAVE ARTS HIGH !!!...My Mom graduated from there in the 1930's..and my daughter graduated in 2011. Newark needs SHINING STARS in a building with history.
