Give kids a chance to play ball. Not everyone wants to play hockey. There is history at every ball park that needs to shared with the whole community.

I do not agree with the decisions being made. Wish they would take into consideration residents' opionions on things like this. They already made a dumb choice taking the tennis courts out, please leave the baseball diamond. My son plays soccer and we've always seen the diamond being used when we go for soccer night!

The rink is used by children and adults. A decent sized ball diamond facilitates the same. Leave well enough alone.
