It is sad how many baseball fields we have compared to softball fields.

Leave this park alone, went there when I was a kid. There are hardly any green spaces left at the beach.

As a child I played here just 3 blocks from my house with All my friends daily, it taught us how to get along or agree to disagree. Generations ahead need to have the same up bringing. It’s keeps healthy respectful Beach citizens. I learned to paint in the small building on the same premises, I’m talking in the 60’s ! Bring back the fun! I drive this beach as many of us do… and see the improvements made from our parents and I’m talking the 60’s . It the Pride we carry the makes our beach the much loved city.

Please save the field I personally have been playing since child and so did my kids!! It was my safe place for many stages of my life. Especially mentally.

Now more than ever is there a need for youth sports and opportunities to be outdoors for not only immunity, but mental health.
