If this is true - that Coca-Cola has a contract prohibiting the installation of more water filters on campus, it means Coca-Cola (who is the only company allowed to sell drinks on campus) is only serving itself: it requires students to purchase Coca-Cola's own bottled water (Dasani) in lieu of recycling. This is not only an environmental faux-pas, but simply an asinine regulation imposted by a third-party corporate entity.

I would like to point out that although there are "over 100 locations" the majority of these locations are primarily in administration offices which makes it difficult for students to refill. Also, misinformation could be allievates by releasing the existing Coke contract.
