The University Contract doe s not prohibit refilling stations as the University current has over 100 locations already on campus. There seems to be a great deal of mis-information.

This NEEDS to change. Pretty unappealing that LMU is bound by Coke and can't provide us with a basic human right before handing over $3 for it.

It's pretty clear that this contract is unjust, serving only the monetary interests of coca cola and not the LMU community, nor our planet earth. Shame on Coke for their greed and hypocrisy in this contract, and even more shame on LMU for agreeing to it. Issues regarding the accessibility of WATER should be non-negotiable.
