My dad Howard would be gutted if he was still alive. Hope it works out for you all.

We need to keep the tennis club fur future generations to enjoy tennis and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

A very special local amenity that should never cease !

At a time when the nation is facing mental health and obesity crises, it is vital we protect urban recreation facilities.

Would be a travesty!

Played at this club many times over the years and always received a warm welcome. Needs to be kept running for sure, would be a huge loss to South Wales Tennis and the community if it wasn't allowed to continue.

Grew up playing here, a safe haven for us as teenagers and a vital community resource.

Please save this important club I’ve played many matches there. Sport in the community is vital.

I have been a member for over 45 years , playing tennis regularly, and also played for the football team Park lawn. It will break my hear should the clubs lease, does not get renewed, in the near future. With heavy heart I plead with the landowners to renew the lease with the tennis club , to ensure a future for many more years

Shame on you lease holder for not communicating with Whitchurch Tennis Club ! I hope you come to your senses and renew the club for another 100 wonderful years of tennis.

Visited this club as a player and took my son along numerous times . Would be such a loss to the local community if it were to be forced onto change of use .

I am Chairman if Cwmbran Tennis Club and it’s time fir everyone including British Tennis it really support local clubs not just the elite in London

I thought the government wanted people to do sport for fitness and stop obesity not stop them by removing facilities

Whitchurch Tennis club is at the heart of the Whitchurch community - I spent my childhood days and evenings here. Many a fond memory, would be so sad to lose a great open space to more housing.

A valuable and much needed local venue for all ages. In this day and age where fitness and social activities are more important than ever, don’t let this become another statistic please.

I played for park lawn as it was over 30 years ago. Health and fitness or more congestion in Whitchurch. Please help save this club.
