We have learned that HOPE is restructuring following the retirement of the Centre Manager (Rick Stanton) and that Tracey Grattan's (Deputy Manager) role is at risk and may end simultaneously. Her dismissal should be stopped.
Patients/users treatments & therapy should be top priority. It is ouright irresponsible of the Directors/Management committee to expect the Centre to maintain the smooth running & continuity of services without her. Please sign this petition to save this embarrassment and shame who would even consider this unacceptable practice.

We need those vulnerable disabled people to be supported as fully as possible, Tracey knows them and does an amazing job her role must be secured.
HBOT is a very important therapy for MS sufferers.
This must not be allowed to happen we need Tracey
Pembrokeshire needs the services the hope centre provides and without Tracey many will be lost.

Tracey knows her role & it seems crazy that you are going to employ 2 people to accomplish the SAME said role with all the accompanying training etc. that that will engender. Is it just to save a small amount of money as the new staff doing the same role will only work less than 16 hours a week each?
