As an undergrad alumnus and incoming graduate student, I can say that Ask a Librarian has been helpful to me in my times of need. Please keep it around for the sake of the students, accreditation, and the reference services!

Ask A Librarian allows libraries to resource-share their collective time, staffing, and knowledge to the greater benefit of thier users as a whole. The program benfits all types of libraries via an online, virtual platform that is very in-tune with modern information-seeking practices by users.

Actually, the rest of that comment is - this help was invaluable to me and I am sure Florida's Ask a Librarian staffers have provided help that was just as invaluable to many, many patrons!

I know that I was very well served by Ask a Librarian staffers in New Zealand and California, during the middle of the night in Florida when I was a student!!!
