Leave it there. So, there will be housing built, for GARY RESIDENTS to live in. All of you making these decisions, do me a favor, THINK! PEOPLE MUST EAT, BUILD AROUND IT. It would be an ASSET to the GARY RESIDENTS who will reside there, oh yeah, and GARY CITIZENS AS WELL. IT CAN BE DONE. IT'S WHAT RIGHT TO DO.

The city of Gary will never make the comeback that we all deserve with this type of treatment for someone trying to improve downtown. This is absolutely ridiculous. Shame of you Gary. SHAME on you!!

This business brings much needed revenue to the City of Gary. Downtown Gary, IN does not need additional housing in a business district. There are plenty of land in the immediate vicinity for GHA to us, east and west of Broadway.

I support that this young man should keep his property that he paid for it is not right to just take people property from them because somebody else wants it just to put some subsides housing in it place and why do we need subside housing on Broadway to increase the crime in the city. why not rebuild eaters on Broadway there could be jobs for people in them places. the city have subsides housing in other areas that is not being used take the money and fix them up. and not created more problems for the city like drugs selling . you can stop the crime if there was job maybe there would not be so much crime in our town.

Gentrification in action. A group out of Chicago with connections to the Daley family owns or controls several downtown city blocks. You have other outside forces calling the shots.
