And you wonder why Gary is dead. All those yrs it was nothing and now you want to tear it down because you cant get anything out of that man or his investors. That is as stupid of a thing to do as anything I've heard. Shame on every official that allows this to happen

We need to attract MORE businesses to Broadway, not housing. This is ridiculous! The GHA has vacant property they can build housing on, including Ivanhoe and Delaney project locations.

All his work and dedication to make a new start as well a change in Gary. This restaurant can put Gary on the map. All nationalities etc. Plus it will bring a shining light to downtown. It already look dark and gloomy.Lets make a change. A positive decision on this matter.

Gary don’t need apartments right now they need businesses. No one wants to live where there is no businesses
