Beautiful historic homes like these should not just be bulldozed. Give someone the chance to breathe new life into it. Homes built today pale in comparison to these old gems.

If you look at the modern multi family dwellings that pock mark the historic neighborhoods in Tyler, you will find that the buildings aren’t maintained and they are glaringly unsuitable for the “historic” neighborhoods. Please don’t allow this to happen again with this old house.
