Enough already with the bike lanes. It rains nine months out of the year. It will hurt our local businesses and back up traffic. Also, why would anyone want to ride a bike on an arterial and breathe in all those car fumes?

there are much safer alternatives that already exist. This will be very disruptive to businesses and residents and will definitely not improve safety.

There are homes along 35th that need street parking. There are small businesses that depend on street parking for their clientel. Churches along 35th NE need level parking areas for handicap people. Enough is enough for those who ride bikes.

Don't ever say "I listen to the people," if you don't listen to this. Totally top-down and misguided. There are many elderly and babes in arms around here, not to mention disabled. Transit is limited and many of the living wage employees must get to work. Wrong place, wrong time.

It is already too crowded driving on 35th. Adding bikes is crazy and dangerous. Businesses will suffer with no parking.

Bad plan. Bikeways such as on 39th are a much better solution for everyone. As a cyclist, and community member, this simply makes no sense

This is an outrageous plan. Bicycle lanes should be put on non-major streets where they will not impact our already horrendous traffic. This plan is anti-senior citizen and disabled, and anyone else who doesn't have the choice to ride a bicycle and still has to get around the city in a car!!

This is the worst plan, and I'll tell you why: All the driveways are on the EAST side of 35th Ave... do you realize how difficult it is getting out of our driveways already?? And now you want to add a bike lane and put ALL the parking on that side?? It will be impossible to see anything coming down the road... especially adding 3 more feet and then parked cars... bikes are going to get crushed. and we will not be able to see the oncoming traffic. Please send the fool over to my house who came up with this idea, and let's talk.

Please don’t complicate traffic on NE 35th with bike lanes!!! Another side street would be much safer for bikers drivers and pedestrians. Thank you.

Please do not reduce the flow of traffic and take away parking on 35th by inserting bike lanes when we have bike ways on 39th. Find another solution.

I drive along 35th Avenue NE every day on my way to work. It is a very busy arterial, filled with cars, buses, trucks, and lots of pedestrians, including children and the elderly. 35th NE does not need an additional role. I live in the neighborhood, and believe that bicyclists prefer the safety and quiet of 39th Ave. I certainly do when traveling by bike.
