As an avid bicyclist I do not understand why Seattle keeps putting bike lines on busy streets. I live near 75th, and despite the recently added bike line, I would never cycle on 75th. Too busy, too dangerous. I cycle parallel to it, where it's safer. Meanwhile traffic has become a disaster.

I am a bike commuter and do NOT want the bike lane on 35th at all. it is impractical and unnecessary on that street

Please no bike lanes on 35th Ave NE.
Don't let 99% of the population suffer to accommodate the 1% bike riders.

Please no bike lanes on 35th Ave NE.
We love our neighborhood and don't want it to become a ghost town like Roosevelt Ave which the bike lane forced many businesses close and move out of the area.

I use my bike to commute, but traffic is already too congested on 35th Ave. NE. Please do not add bike lanes to it.

I'm just a resident who takes the bus, but I can tell you this seems so unnecessary with 39th Ave right there for when I want to go biking.

As someone who used to bike to work everyday while living in that neighborhood I know there are plenty of safe routes for cyclists. This is not needed and endangers e an more people.

This is shortsigted planning. Make buses more available, more people can ride a bus than ride a bike!

The city should not be taking lanes away with the influx of people, we need to add more roads! Unlike the people who want to turn 35th into what they want, sorry you obviously don't live here. You dont drive very well, and you think the world revolves around your fear of driving. Sorry. It doesn't work like that. You create more traffic, the earlier people have to leave, the more gas is guzzled, the less people get to spend time with their family. The list goes on. So please, grow up and get over your ego and rich elitist views.

Please listen to neibors.: We want the city to change the design for the 35th Avenue NE Paving Project. Parking should be on both sides of 35th. Also, with the amount of traffic 35th gets on an already narrow road, a bike lane seems unadvisable, in fact, unsafe. Please reconsider your design. Thank you.

What we really need are sidewalks in Wedgwood for the streets north of 85th street! There are no sidewalks for students and families to use. It’s ridiculous! Also the small segment of NE 85th Street between 25th Ave NE and 20th Ave NE is a treacherous disaster that could use major improvement.

I wish this weren't happening. Since
we have changed to city wide city council positions - we have no real representationon the city council
