It needs to be changed. A little tint shouldn't be illegal.

I come from Ontario and the law against tinted windows is invalidated, I come from a part of the country that has 10 times the population as saskatchewan and pedestrians do not look for eye contact before crossing roads, this province should work on clearing the roads for all and that alone with make your roads safer.
