Without Prejudice:

The Leadership of SACCS have failed every IOC Cue Sport Player in South Africa, due to their lack of compliance.

Decisions had been taken at SACCS level without them having a single athlete or administrator as members in the SACCS organisation, which goes against the democratic rights of athletes and original custodians of the sport.

Non-compliance has led SACCS Leadership to become rebels of the highest Cue Sport Body in the World, being the WCBS, who is the direct affiliate member of the IOC (International Olympic Committee).

SASCOC is the South African National Olympic Committee NOC affiliated to the IOC itself, so as an NOC, is SASCOC perhaps obligated to comply with the Olympic Charter, in protecting the Olympic Movement at all times, that SA athletes in every discipline of all sports, enjoy to date?!

At the eve of the Olympics, it is sad that SASCOC may possibly be harbouring an IOC Member's Rebel Organisation, so urgent action is demanded by all athletes and administrators to ensure action is taken immediately?!

Signing of this petition, by athletes, administrators, referees, coaches and supporters of IOC Cue Sport, is key to ensuring SASCOC and the Ministry of Sport in SA take urgent heed of these demands herein and ensure the IOC disciplines are protected under the Olympic Charter at all times.
