The city hasn't kept up with infrastructure BEFORE all the density started - the problem continues to compound. This area should stay zoned for single family, the continued ReZoning to multi-family is creating traffic nightmares all around inner Charlotte neighborhoods and erasing the charm and livability of our neighborhoods. This has already happened in many areas and it’s known to cause major congestion problems, we need to strive to keep the integrity of our neighborhoods and not allow rezoning like this. Protect single family zoning!

I am opposed to the high density impact and the loss of wildlife habitat that this project will bring to our area. Please do not approve this petition.

It is already congested on sardi's rd and then having 3 schools at close by is really not good doe security.

There is TOO much density construction taking place all across Charlotte and particularly this area. Just in the past year a number of projects are now completed along Providence, Randolph, Fairview and others. Density building is not beneficial for our city - is actually drowning/killing this area and neighborhoods. The city hasn't kept up with infrastructure BEFORE all the density started - the problem continues to compound.

Our street/neighborhood has felt the impact of the construction on Brackenbury Lane over the past months. Consequently, traffic has increased significantly on what was once a quiet residential street, making it difficult to walk or drive because of speeding cars or large trucks. We are opposed to the rezoning at 8515 Sardis Road for multi-family housing. Sincerely, Teresa & Daryle Ogburn

This is not an acceptable high densisty project. This does not conform to the neighborhood that already exists.

I oppose this plan as a resident of 209 Misty Dawn Lane. This will have a negative impact to our neighborhood for an abundance of reasons.

No to rezoning! Senior living facilities need to be one story, with amenities and not on a congested Rd. This road currently has significant congestion . Adding these many units will cause added traffic delays on associated roads. A bad idea.

No to the rezoning. This would be a classic example of over deveopment for Sardis Rd. area

I live in Princeton. The traffic is horrible getting out of our street. Do not need high density. Two blocks up towards town ithere is a subdivision going in that is going to intensify the traffic even more. Sardis needs to widen to for lane before housing.
