I absolutely do not want this here crowding our homes and streets where there are three schools within 3 minutes of driving and only two lanes.

This area is already too congested to add that many homes. Traffic is always heavy in that area this will make it worse. It’s also too many units.

Completely against this rezone proposal. This site and infrastructure cannot support more traffic.

Too many units for such a small property. Will be disruptive to existing neighborhoods.

We already have enough high density building and traffic and don't need any more.

We just moved away from SouthPark because a project like this one, heavily opposed, was built anyway. Several neighbors sold and moved away. Sardis already needs a light at Brackenbury Lane, and backs up over a mile at Pineville Matthews Road after 3:30 pm. This project will exponentially increase that traffic. If this does go through, we need sidewalks and stoplights to manage all the traffic and keep pedestrians out of harms way.

Sardis Road dosen't need a high density development which is out place within the surrounding neighborhoods. Traffic is bad enough. As a local resident I oppose this development.

No more apartments. Sardis Road has to much traffic on it as it is.

The congestion along Sardis is bad enough. It is a one-lane road. Also, those houses are way too crowded.

I, too, am opposed to this effort to add townhomes to the Sardis Road area across from the Fletcher School. Traffic ia already very difficult.

My family uses Sardis Road daily and have found that traffic seems much slower in recent months than just a year ago. I would imagine adding townhomes in such a tight area would make this worse. It is already sad to see the site further toward Sardis Road North being torn down, dug out and reconfigured. I am against more dense construction projects along Sardis Road.
Traffic concerns.
