The rezoning proposal is bad for Sardis Road and bad for Oak Creek Estates and the surrounding neighborhoods. This particular stretch of Sardis Road is already dangerous due to the center merging lane and the school across the street. The addition of another entrance/exit in this congested 1/4 mile is a horrible idea.

Opposed to changing the density for this tract as that will open Pandora’s box for other developers to leverage in their resining requests up and down Sardis.
