Highly opposed to this. Traffic is already hazardous in this area due to vehicles entering Northbound Sardis from Brackenbury. This additional density is inappropriate for this area.

It's shameful what the developer was allowed to get away with here. They destroyed a small forest right at a time when all the wildlife that relied on it was most vulnerable. They denuted the land which will now be a catalyst for erosion that will cost the City thoudands in storm water runoff. They decreased air quality while simultaneously increasing noise pollution to numerous residents of surrounding neighborhoods. This piece of property may be developed one day soon, but in no way should it be allowed to be a high density development. It's already virtually impossible to navigate traffic in that area as it is, much less if you were to add a thousand more commuters to the immediate area. Stop making this a nightmare place to live!

There's too much growth in this area already. All of our neighborhoods, wooded areas and natural habitats for animals have been terribly impacted. Will tree canopy be preserved this time? Unlike the Monroe Rd disaster. Enough!

Should a purchaser come into the picture will they bound by the same contractual agreements of the percentage of forestry that is to remain? Also, if the current owners fail to sale are they required to replant every tree they have wiped out?

Preserve tree canopy! Proposal will be concrete and buildings! Not in keeping with surrounding neighborhoods. Harmful to environment and harmful to the area in general. Stop high density development in established low density neighborhoods.

I am against rezoning the Sardis Road corridor. Neighborhoods all along this road are single family residential and there is no reason to change the zoning for any remaining parcels of land
