Please keep this for the original land use which is SFR, R-3. Not only is this inconsistent with the surrounding neighborhoods, but will create a traffic nightmare...keep the Mult-family sights where they belong...near the streets that can handle the traffic. Thank you

This section of town is congested enough and Sardis Road is only a two lane road. I am totally opposed.

Building 12 homes on that property without widening that portion of Sardis Rd to Hwy 51 is irresponsible. As it is the traffic at peak hours is horrible.

I oppose the proposed Townhomes

Sardis Rd. is already a traffic jam - more cars will create increased congestion and safety issues.

With Sardis Road as it currently is, particularly after it has returned to two lanes, it's a legitimate public safety issue during high congestion periods. The infrastructure can't simply can't support this project.

You doubled tax evaluation in the neighborhoods surrounding the area and now you want to let condo's in to destroy property values. What gives with this, tax hike and destroy property values? Put a stop to this because Sardis Road cannot handle this increase in traffic. Pretty soon every neighborhood will need a traffic officer to get out. Have you D I V O R C E D common sense?

I oppose the rezoning proposal. Please keep this section of Sardis Road residential for homes, not complexes that will compound congestion.

This road is already heavily congested and pedestrian safety will be further compromised by this proposed change.

Our community does not need any more multi family units! Just parallel to Sardis Road they have recently put in several apartments and condos. Our area has already been largely impacted by this. No more!

Sardis Rd is already overly congested. Please stop destroying our neighborhoods by adding townhomes//condos to an area that is surrounded by beautiful homes. The people who make these decisions need to add Sardis Rd to their commutes. Maybe then you will see what we, the people of this community deal with 2x a day. Please reconsider your decision.

I oppose building townhomes on this land. There is too much traffic on Sardis Rd now and this would make it worse. It is also out of character for what the surrouding neighborhoods are like.

The addition of a driveway with multiple homes accessing Sardis Rd so close to Brackenbury will make an already dangerous intersection that much more problematic

Building 12 homes here is crazy!

There is already too much traffic. We don’t need 40 more cars.

Please consider the impact to the families who have intentionally chosen this area for our homes!
