The draft agreement is grossly one sided in favor of the pueblos. This MUST be modified to provide fair representation for non-pueblo residents.

It's time for our government to represent all citizens equally. given the ratio of non natives to natives, having equal representation is only fair.

Those numbers just don't work, that's 4 to 1, the community members will always be outvoted.

I am supporting a more diverse board that is reflected by the basins demographics.

The purpose of the settlement was to bring dispute to a close. The current JPA arrangement will guarantee continued ill-feelings and disputes. Fair representation will go a long ways toward minimizing those problems.

We need equal representation. This is a stacked deck and theSFCC knows it. Will they have the courage to do what's right or will they fold again?

Clearly we need fair representation - everyone is in the same kettle when it comes to water, at this point in time.

More fair representation is certainly required.

It would only seem fair that the 80% majority should be equally represented as I have let Henry Roybal know.

We just want what's fair for our community.

The malapportionment of the board, as constituted and projected, is outrageous and smells of a fix being in.

Would love to see a 9 member board. County, 4 tribes, and 2 non-native since we are the main customers and 2 at large.
