Non Native members need equal voting representation on the board. The Regional Water Authority needs to provide fair representation for both native and non-native water users as part of the Aamodt settlement affecting the NPT River valley.

I recommend that there be a 9 person board, with the additional members being non-pueblo residents.

Please make this an authority that represents ALL community residents. The current composition of the JPA is outrageous in favoring pueblo residents.

It is important that the Regional Water Authority provide proportional representation for native and non-native water users as part of the Aamodt settlement affecting the NPT River valley.
