Omg! This is a tragedy. Disgusting. Unfortunately, the people who can fix it don't seem to care. If it is not in their backyard, the problem doesn't exit. It is very sad but PV seems to have so many environmental problems.

I’m sure this is a complicated situation (that I don’t fully understand), but allowing this to happen for over 30 days sounds like a terrible decision by the municipality and it’s having negative impacts on local residents.

It’s appalling to think that this issue is being ignored and requires a petition in the first place! Protecting the land and water source is a basic human need.
