Numerous trains going through the night loud horns are constant and completely unnecessary. Some trains blow their horn 4 or 5 times, cannot get restful sleep.

These intersections should not require loud horns for safety!

Has been waking me up at night, and the trains seem to be getting more frequent and louder.

Loud train noises at 12-5/6am is ridiculous. Wakes you up every time.

Great plan. The train whistles are very disruptive in this largely residential area.

I believe that the noise is unacceptable with trains blasting as many as 6 times between San Marco and Hendricks.

The noise level at night is ridiculous. All night long, they ride the horn. They could do a couple blasts and leave it at that, but they lay on the horn.Sometimes, through all three intersections, they start honking at one, laying on the horn, and do this from the first intersection and not let off until the end of the third intersection.

For the peace & quiet of residents by these 9 crossings, and for the economic viability of adjacent businesses, a San Marco wide quiet zone would be a valuable boon to our community.

The train noise is destroying the quality of life in San Marco.

Please change the petition to extend beyond San Marco and include Downtown and Riverside! And not just 10pm-7am but 24/7!

At night in particular, the excessively long train whistles are very disruptive to our sleep, because the sound reverberates off the water and buildings downtown. At a time when , at long last, Downtown living is becoming a focus and goal of this city, a quiet zone will be a huge asset!

With the automatic crossing gates there is no need for horn blowing. It is a redundancy whose time is past.

My dog howls with the train horns. Which seemingly happens every 20 minutes. I've started to howl with him. Please stop my descent into madness.
