I just moved back to San Marcos for school and it’s ridiculous how long and loud these train horns are at night!

It's not just San Marcos, Vista is being tormented also. They just blared through here at midnight and repeatedly blared the horn, over and over. You can hear It for miles.

It's a fact. Train horns and sleeping hours are incompatible. Even Thomas the Train would be for this no-brainer.

Train horns could impact apartment tenancy in the new developments at Nira Street and Philips Highway. Eliminating train horns could really enhance the quality of life (and sleep) of residents, and enhance economic development in San Marco. Thank you!

Just moved here and I am awoken by the LOUD TRAIN HORN at times like 2:30 am . PLEASE stop the trains horns at night ! Makes me want to move out of San Marco. Absolutely terrible noise.

Please. It is unbearable to be woken up several times every night and your kids are woken up top. The other night they laid on the horn 7 times. And the long horn was very long. It was minutes of super loud sound.
