Reservation system is not working...ridiculous you canot cancel sameday...what if boat is full..lopez..a way to get 10$...you cant always get down to the friggin'/booth!!!

This is a very inefficient system that has made it much more difficult for me to visit my family on Lopez, where I grew up. I believe it is making things more difficult for tourists and islanders alike. I believe the ferries should be first come, first serve, just like a freeway. If you don't plan ahead for traffic, you get stuck unfortunately, but that still seems better than the current system. Perhaps a much smaller scale reservation system for people in select critical situations could be implemented? This one needs to go.

i do not see how it is possible for you to accommodate the summer influx- the last holiday weekend folks were unable to catch their reserved sailings because the ticket booths cannot process the high volume. What's the plan? I am movie my and boycotting the system altogether. It is too cost prohibitive for my family.

one reservation per party would be more fair. And a special islander line at the terminal would be good to give us some kind of priority. It's important to be able to come and go as we please.

Why do islanders not get a break to come home. We Live here. I feel like I have to make a hotel reservation to sleep in My Bed. so wrong.
